            This is one of my favorite flavor combinations, that I can endlessly create dishes with. For the pickled red onion I use apple cider vinegar, cardemom and star anise and sometimes add mini cucumbers. It is also very delicious on

            Cut the medjool dates into quarters. Bake them on a frying pan with the chikpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper on medium heat. Add the sumac and chili flakes after 10 minutes and bake until the chickpeas and dates have softened and the chickpeas are slightly crispy. Serve with fresh herbs and lemon zest.

           1 fennel bulb

           2 sjallots

           1 apple

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Toasted pinenuts
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Salt and pepper to taste
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Olive oil.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Cut the fennel bulb in half lengthwise and then in large wedges or chunks. Cut the sjallots in half and slice the apple into thin slices. Bake everything on a medium heat frying pan for 5 minutes and for another 10 minutes covered. Move the veggies into an oven dish and bake on 200 degrees Celsius until golden/slightly crispy on the edges. Stir in between. Serve with toasted pinenuts.

           Lemon zest

            Cut the artichoke hearts in halves and bake them until on a frying pan or in the oven until slightly crispy. Serve with all the mentioned herbs and spices.

           2 ts misopaste

           1 small handful of fresh parsley
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Your favorite olive oil
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            Cut the eggplant into cubes and bake in olive oil with a tiny bit of salt and pepper until softened. Add the diced tomatoes, garlic, ginger and parsley and stir. Add the miso paste with 1/3 cup of water and the date, stir and leave on low heat with the lid on for 10 minutes. Continue by giving everything a stir and adding the soysauce and more olive oil to taste. top off with the fresh spinach and leave on low heat with the lit on. Stir well, add more olive oil if needed and enjoy :).

           400 ml full fat coconut milk

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           2 ts turmeric
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           1 tbs vegetable oil
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Heat the oil in a large pot and add the peppers, ginger, lemongrass and garlic. Chop the vegetables and add enough water into the pot for the vegetables to be covered. Boil softly untill everything is soft. Add the coconut milk and mix into a soup, using a blender (without the lemongrass!). Reheat and enjoy with lime juice and any of your favorite soup topping (like crispy chickpeas).

Reheat and enjoy with any of your favorite soup topping (like crispy chickpeas or oyser mushrooms fried with fresh sage and parsley and topped with balsamic vinegar).

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Mix the dates and cacao powder untill it shapes into one sticky ball. Grab a handful of hazelnuts and crumble with a knive or mortar. Melt the coconut oil with 1 tb cacao powder, let it cool slightly. Create +- 12 balls form the date mixture, putting one whole hazelnut into each of them. Roll the balls in the hazelnut crumble and coat with the melted chocolate.

           Fresh parsley
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Extra virgin olive oil
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Fresh garlic
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Dried chilli flakes
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Salt and pepper to taste

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Optional: use as marinade to roast veggies like cabbage, mix with tahini for a herby dressing

           1 banana (mashed)

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           1 cup plantbased milk
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           oil to bake (coconut or sunflower)
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Toppings: cinnamon, cacao, sliced apple or banana (in batter), blueberries, nut butter, coconut yoghurt, tahini agave glaze, date syrup-cacao-maca chocolate sauce,

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           chia pudding
          &#xD;
